Nurturing Holistically

"Wildflower Wellness embodies the idea that, just as wildflowers naturally thrive in their environment, all wellness can blossom when nurtured in supportive spaces. My focus in on creating an atmosphere that promotes mindfulness and holistic wellness, allowing individuals to flourish in their journey towards better health."

Intuitive Flow Massage

A personalized modality blending Hawaiian lomi lomi, therapeutic/deep tissue massage, MFR, cupping, laryngeal/TMJ release and/or craniosacral therapy intuitively with what your body is in need of.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi

A traditional holistic Hawaiian massage with rhythmic motions to relax, connect within, and restore harmony. Ho'Oponopono (the practice of forgiveness) is used for a somatic and energetic reset combined with breathwork. Wave-like strokes and natural oils create a meditative experience.

Vocal/TMJ MFR

Myofascial release for the laryngeal and TMJ area reduces tightness in connective tissues (fascia) that can limit the voice box (larynx) from functioning. This hands-on therapy treats TMJ dysfunction, voice strain, swallowing issues, and neck or jaw tension.

CranioSacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment aiding the body’s healing. It focuses on assessing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. Using light pressure to release restrictions, ease tension within the central nervous system and enhance overall wellness. Often helps with headaches, chronic pain, stress, TMJ, and migraines.

Wildflower Wellness is a HOME-based holistic health business located in St. Albert offering a variety of therapies including Massage Therapy, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, CranioSacral Therapy and Vocal/TMJ treatments.

About Alyssia

My passion for holistic health stems from my own personal struggles with anxiety, depression, and a multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis at 27. This sparked my drive to understand the body holistically—mind, body, and spirit—often overlooked in health.

I initially studied music at Grant MacEwan University but found performing severely impacted my mental and physical health. The stress triggered my first undiagnosed MS flare-up, lasting six years.

My health journey truly began after music school and my MS diagnosis, leading me to study massage therapy. I’ve learned how chronic stress harms the body and the importance of listening to subtle signals to create meaningful changes for a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I now focus on helping vocalists overcome voice and jaw tension, as well as supporting those with chronic anxiety, fibromyalgia, neurological and autoimmune disorders, and trauma-related stress trapped in the body.

I’m also deeply inspired by Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, a traditional holistic massage that treats the mind, body, and spirit as one.
